I am very happy to collaborate with a little specialty jam company based in Brooklyn, New York. Candice started her small-batch company in her tiny kitchen, “marrying the highest quality spices &  favorite fruits to build the perfect “space,” one balanced with the comfort of familiarity & excitement of a new experience”.

Once a month I develop a new recipe using one of the BRINS jams – creating a bold synergy of spiced & exciting flavors and Slovak tradition

An online magazine about women, for (wo)men, from women. Two beautiful, charismatic and courageous souls started a movement by not being afraid to talk about taboos in women’s world. It is an honor to contribute to Food Column with my recipes. I am sorry my English-speaking friends, the magazine is so far only available in Slovak

EATS is an organization based in Park City, Utah dedicated to growing healthy communities (with a focus on small children and their families) with fun, food, and nutrition advocacy. EATS invited me to be a part of this movement by teaching cooking & baking classes and sharing a Slovak culinary tradition with young people. It’s been a pleasure and I can’t be happier to be a part of the movement towards adopting a healthy habit of preparing homemade food.
